Preamble

This Work is made available under the OpenShare License (OSH) 1.0. By exercising any rights granted herein, you agree to be bound by these terms. All OSH grants are revocable by default. If no Tags are specified, this Work is dedicated under OSH-ZERO (see §8).

If no Tags are present, the license defaults to OSH-ZERO (§8). Otherwise, the following Tags modify or restrict the Grant:

NAINo AI or automated dataset training.
NMUNo Military Use or defense applications.
NHSNo Hate Speech. Forbids use in hateful or extremist contexts.
NPRNo Pornography/Explicit Content.
METAMust retain all original metadata (author, date, Tags).
PATPatent grant included. Licensor grants a royalty-free, worldwide patent license.
SRSource Required. Must include all source or editable files.
OFOpen Formats. Distributions must use open, documented formats.
NDRMNo DRM. Distributions must not apply digital-rights management.
NTRNo Trademark. Prohibits use of Licensor’s trademarks or branding.
TRNTranslations must carry the same OSH Tags.
ARCHArchive Deposit. Distributor must deposit a copy in a public archive or repo.
CPIPublic Interest Use only (e.g. non-profit or civic tech).

SDKInclude SDK or integration examples.
FMT:…Format-Specific Restriction (e.g. FMT:PDF-ONLY prohibits source formats).
IMDIntegrity. Must include cryptographic checksum of original Work.
NDRNo DRM Removal. Forbids removing DRM applied upstream.
NPANo Personal Ads. Forbids use in targeted advertising or tracking.
OCOOpen Contribution Only. Changes must be accepted via open issue/PR process.
TRBTransparency Report. Distributor must publish a usage report.
FOSSFOSS-Only Derivatives. Derivatives must be licensed under an OSI-approved FOSS license.

4. Revocation

Licensor may revoke this license, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason. After revocation, no new Licensee may rely on the Grant. Licensor may specify in a public notice whether pre-revocation uses remain valid.

5. Attribution (AT)

When AT is present, Licensee must, in a reasonable manner:

  1. Credit the Licensor by name or pseudonym.
  2. Identify the Work’s title, if any.
  3. State “OpenShare License (OSH) 1.0” and list applied Tags.
  4. Indicate any modifications made.

Hyperlinks are optional.

6. No Additional Restrictions

Licensee may not apply legal terms or technological measures that restrict others from exercising the rights granted by this license.

7. Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

The Work is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Licensor disclaims all liability for any claims or damages arising from its use.

8. OSH-ZERO (Public Domain Dedication)

If no Tags appear, the Work is dedicated to the public domain under OSH-ZERO:
